Our current average shipping time for our products is around 5 – 21 Days after dispatch. However, it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.

You can request to cancel your order within 3 hours after placing your order.

Please get in touch with us to change or cancel your order. If the window to withdraw has passed and your order is not eligible for cancellation, we’re unable to cancel an order beyond this time.

Your payment method will not be charged if we can cancel your order. But, if we’re unable to cancel your order, your payment method will be charged, and your items will be shipped to you.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped.

Not the correct size.

The socks are advertised for sizes larger than shoe sizes bigger than a size 12 for men. To me that is false advertising or someone doesn't know their measurements. I bought them for my husband who just had back surgery and he needed new socks. The b...More

Fit and feel good

As a size 9 I often encounter socks that are too big and bunch up at the toes and so on. These fit me quite well and don't have that awful support band in the arch. Thicker on the bottom and very comfortable.
