If you made a mistake after placing an order, there’s no need to fuss. As long as your parcel has yet to be picked, you’ll have the option to cancel.
If you know what you’re looking for, type it into the search bar at the top of your screen.
You can search by product name.
After this, you can also refine your search by price, color, or size using the search filters or sorting the items based on price, popularity, or highest rated.
If an item you’re interested in is sold out, you can notify us, and we will do our best to get it for you.

To place an order, follow these steps:
1) Once you have browsed and decided on the item(s) you wish to purchase, place them in the shopping cart by selecting the correct size and clicking on Add to Cart. Click the shopping cart at the top right of your screen to continue your purchase.
2) In your basket (cart), you will find an overview of all the added items. Check your choice of color, size, and quantity. Bear in mind that only after completing your order are the items effectively reserved for you.
If you’re happy with your selection, click on Proceed to Checkout to proceed to payment, and complete your order.
3) In checkout, select a delivery address and your preferred payment method and fill out the details where needed. If you are paying by PayPal, you will now be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the process.
4) Once your order has been completed, you will see the confirmation on the screen, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order number shortly after. To stay informed about the status of your order, visit Recent Orders in your account.
We will also notify you by email as soon as your delivery leaves our warehouse. This email will also provide you with your tracking number.
Unfortunately, our customer service representative or team members are unable to accept any orders over the helpline.
You need to order the product by yourself.

If you made a mistake, you could request to cancel or modify the order within 3 hours after placing your order.
Don't hesitate to contact us through our support channels to modify or cancel your order. If the window to withdraw has passed and your order is not eligible for cancellation, we're unable to cancel an order beyond this time.
Your payment method will not be charged if we can cancel your order. But, if we're unable to cancel your order, your payment method will be charged, and your items will be shipped to you.
Don't Worry! The time you contacted us through our support channels will be registered even there is a delay from our side.
If your order was cancelled by us, this is usually due to low stock levels, or a warehouse error during packing.
The items you have ordered may have been very popular and it is possible that an item sold out just before you placed the order. In rare cases the stock cannot be updated in our system in time and the item will be cancelled.

If the items are still available on the website, you can try placing a new order.
If we charged you for the cancelled items, we will return it back to you.
At this time, gift-wrap options are not available for online orders shipped to you.
We will email you as items in your order ship or gets updated on our systems.

You can download a copy of your invoice through ACCOUNT SECTION. If you placed the order very recently, please wait until it’s shipped for the invoice to be available.
