How much do you charge for shipping?
We provide FREE shipping to over 38 countries around the world.
But if you want to get your products quicker, we also got paid shipping options for some of our products in high demand.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by EMS, DHL, and our other trusted partners, depending on the weight and size of the product.
When will you ship my order?
If you order an in-stock item, weâll ship it within 1-3 working days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our current average shipping time for our products is around 3 â 17 Days after dispatch.
However, it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.
Do you provide tracking information?
You will receive your tracking information within 1-5 working days after we ship your order. Don't Worry! We will keep you updated throughout the whole process through emails.
But sometimes tracking might not be available if FREE shipping applies. In this case, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request to cancel your order within 3 hours after placing your order.
Please get in touch with us to change or cancel your order. If the window to withdraw has passed and your order is not eligible for cancellation, weâre unable to cancel an order beyond this time.
Your payment method will not be charged if we can cancel your order. But, if weâre unable to cancel your order, your payment method will be charged, and your items will be shipped to you.

My tracking says âno information available at the momentâ
It takes 1 - 5Â business days for the tracking information to be updated on our system.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Border Custom Fees and Import Duties
If you order from us from outside the EU, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those.
We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
We havenât got any issues with customs until now, due to our productsâ choice, so we usually ship the product within 5 - 17 Days or the earliest.
But, we request our clients to at least check out with their countryâs customs policy before placing the order so that products will arrive fast and safe.
