Refund Policy

We’ll always do our best to take care of clients — our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can ask for a refund within 7 Days after receiving your order.

If we choose to provide a refund and no sale record is available, we’ll ask for personal identification, and a refund will be provided at the current price.

Returns Policy

All our products are backed with a 7 - Day money back guarantee.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or ask for a refund within 7 Days after receiving your order.

Even though we give our best to provide you free returns, sometimes we won’t be able to do that. In that case, you should return it at your expense. Please get in touch with us first, and we will guide you through the steps.

You can return the product if;

1. The product does not match the description.

2. The product is damaged or defective.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Refund Criteria

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence.

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops with Elegant Men’s Fashion receives the following guarantees:

  • Full refund if you don’t receive your order;
  • Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (30 business days not including 2 - 3 business days processing);
  • Full or partial refund if the item is damaged or defective.;
  • Full or partial refund if the item is not as described;

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Products smell unusual.
  • If you changed your mind after getting the product.
  • We take no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, natural disasters, and customs inspection. However, we will notify you about the situation.
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Elegant Men’s Fashion LTD.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

How are my refunds credited?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

If we choose to provide a refund and no sale record is available, we will ask for personal identification, and a return will be delivered at the current price.

Do you take everything back?

We’ll do our best to take care of you, but we cannot accommodate a return from time to time. We will let you know if that happens.

Do I need an invoice from my purchase?

Your invoice or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest.

Even if you don’t have an invoice, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information to better assist with your request.

Why we request personal identification for a return without a record of sale?

Because of our return philosophy, we have this internal auditing procedure to give us the ability to monitor and investigate refunds and returns without a record of the sale.

How long will it take to receive a refund for returned items?

Please allow the time stated below for your return to be credited to your account.

  • Credit and Debit Card:  2 - 7 Working Days
  • PayPal:  1 - 7 Working Days

I can’t see my refund in my bank account yet?

Please allow the timescales set out above to receive your refund.

In most cases, we will send an email confirming we have processed a refund and include a Reference Number for the payment.
