Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Due to the recent online attacks in the digital world now, we have made it compulsory for our clients to use two-factor authentication.

After you open and verify your account with us, we will provide you with a grace period of 3 Days.

If you do not configure two-factor authentication (2FA) within the grace period, then your account will be locked, and you cannot login to your account.

If that’s the case, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will help you find a way to get back into your account. We are serious about data protection, so we take every possible step to keep your account safe.

How to setup 2FA Security for my account?

It is easy to use and configure 2FA policies on your account.

1) Login to your account and click on the 2FA Security menu.

2) That's it. Then you can follow the instructions and configure the 2FA. It's that easy.

How to change my account details?

Your account details must be up to date so that we can keep in contact with you. Please follow the steps below to change your details.

Change your contact number, email address, or password:

Stay updated with all the latest information from us, including important information about your account and the latest releases, by keeping your contact details up to date.

To amend your contact details, email address, or change your password, follow these steps:

1) Log in to your account using your email address or username and password. 

2) Select Edit My Details from the left-hand side menu.

3) Then, choose to change your Contact Details.

4) Once you have updated your details, click on Save Changes to save them to your account.

How to change my billing address?

To change your billing address, please click on the “Address” menu and then click on “Edit” and make your changes.

Once you have updated your details, click on Save Changes to save them to your account.

Account inactive or deleted?

From time to time, we monitor the activeness of our client’s account.

If our clients are not active or are not using their accounts regularly, we will deactivate the account or delete it completely. We do it for our client’s account safety and better platform optimization.

Don’t Worry! We will let you know and make you aware of the situation beforehand.

Are my login credentials secured?

Your credentials are encrypted and secured on our website, and we will never use them for any purpose.

If Google recommends changing your password on our website, then, this is not related to Elegant Men’s Fashion.

This is a Google Chrome feature that verifies if the password for all websites you log in to has been part of any known breach.

When you logged in to our website, Google Chrome possibly noticed the password or username you used is potentially exposed in one of the known data breaches.

How do I delete my user account?

If you would like to delete your account, please submit your request via your contact form.

Please note that we can only delete your account if:

1) There are no open amounts due.

2) You do not have a refund still in process or due.

3) You do not have remaining gift card credit on your account.

4) None of your orders are currently in shipment.

If your account does not meet the conditions above, we can not delete it immediately. Where possible, please resolve any open matters. For refunds and orders currently in shipment, we kindly ask for your patience.

If you ordered less than 30 days ago, your account would be deleted as soon as the return period is over.

Fraud Checks

We carry out fraud checks like most online retailers for both our customers and our own protection.

This helps to ensure we do not process payments that might be being attempted by a non-card holder. It also ensures that your parcel is delivered to the correct address.
