Our carriers deliver during business working hours and if you’re not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is.
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide FREE shipping to over 38 countries.
But if you want to get your products quicker, we also got paid shipping options for some of our products in high demand.
You can see the paid shipping options at the CHECKOUT for some products if available.
In most cases, your whole order will be delivered at the same time.
But for logistical reasons, sometimes, the items in the same purchase will be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Delayed items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. You can track the progress of your order by going to My Account and selecting ‘Order Tracking’ on the left side, under “Account Options.”
When your item becomes available for dispatch, we will email you so you can track your order.
When items sell out unexpectedly, we try our very best to get more stock as soon as possible, but it can take time to produce. Please bear with us during the delay!
As soon as we’ve made sure the stock meets our quality standards, we’ll send it straight out to you.
To change your delivery address or add a new delivery address, follow these steps:
- Log in to My Account using your email address or username and password.
- Select the Address option from the menu on the left-hand side.
- Here you will be able to edit the address of your account.
You can also add a delivery address at the checkout stage when placing an order.
Suppose you’re not at the place when we try to deliver your goods, and we’re not able to leave them in a safe, secure location. In that case, we’ll leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery.
Delivery will be attempted three times before the parcel is returned to us.
We’re incredibly sorry to hear that. Suppose the damage only affects your parcel and you would like to return something from that order. In that case, you can use any packing material for the return.
