If the window to withdraw has passed and your order is not eligible for cancellation, we’re unable to cancel an order beyond this time. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped.

By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

We haven’t got any issues with customs until now, due to our products’ choice, so we usually ship the product within 5-21 Days or the earliest.

But, we request our clients to at least check out with their country’s customs policy before placing the order so that products will arrive fast and safe.
