Clippers were used!

When I first opened the box and noticed that it wasn't packaged well. Upon taking the clippers out I notice lots of little hairs. It was obviously used!! I'm surprised this wasn't checked prior to sending to another customer.

So far it's very attractive, sturdy, sharp, heavy, not plastic and stainless. The only reason I put 4 out of 5 is that I bought it brand new but what I received was, the box has a ripped on the side and most of the parts are out of the plastic and I saw a couple of hair in one of the guard. There's a sticky glue on the side of the box where probably tape came from. The box has a lot of scratches too.

These are not designed for haircuts!!!

These are trimmers / beard trimmers, so don't expect to do a haircut with these.
