Even with the sound chip, the microphone still sounds really cheap. If you're trying to buy a heat set just for the audio though, I think it's amazing! It's very loud and it doesn't give me headaches like my old headset. It's also very comfortable. The only thing that sucks is if you have long hair, the mic placement might get in ur way of moving ur hair around. It has surround sound for gaming but I didn't like it so I turned it off lol

I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend. And they REALLY cancel noise. They work so well I accidentally sneak up on my boyfriend (talking to him thinking he can hear me) and he gets scared thinking I am an intruder. He never hears me coming, even when I am YELLING for him. I have full blown conversations with him, only to realize he is talking to his friends online. I regret purchasing, but they do what they claim and he loves them.

I had gone through numerous pairs of headphones and I couldn't find one that satisfied what I needed. Until now of course. This headset's design is simple yet modern and that's one of the main things I like about it, not over the top with it's design. The headsets audio quality is great when it's wireless. However the battery life is not exactly great, but it does last long enough. The mic is detachable so if people aren't planning on talking they can remove it.

Overall great headset, buy it if you don't already have a better one.

I love this headset and I have big ears. I even bought an after-market ear cushion that is bigger and it still hurts my ears after long use. They need to have more options for big ears.
Another thing about this or most other headsets is that they aren't designed with a tilt. The ear bridge keeps sliding off if you want to correctly placed the ear cover.

The sound quality is out of this world. I love the detailed sounds. The specs on this headset are right up there with the best of them.
Wireless easy to set up and batter last days w/o charging. I wish the controls were on the right side of the ear but it's on the left.
The detachable mic is nice and the mute button easy to turn on/off.

The biggest problem which is a glaring problem for every headset and it’s that it hurts your ears after I while, I’m not sure if this is just because I wear glasses or something that happens to everyone. These plain old sound fantastic. The actual sound quality will be dependent on you computer equipment. They are great gamer headphones especially running high end nvidia cards. Only thing I don't like about them is the mic boom is a little weak. You will have to move your mic closer to your face on occation because the boom for the mic is weak the mic position moves over time with head tilting over and over. Otherwise I can live with theses

* I'm coming from using bluetooth headsets and I'm tired of the charge cable breaking every 2 years. I'm going wired to stop that from happening, which will be hard to get used to because I love roaming around the house with a bluetooth headset.

Pros
* Sound quality is great
* Decent noise cancellation. There is lots of traffic/sirens/noise outside, and it definitely dampens it.
* Wired connection is a fabric type of thread, which is nice.
* Easy setup, plug & play
* Comfortable

Cons
* Probably not a con, but at the moment it's a con. The mic doesn't go up. It stays in position. You can actually remove the mic which is an interesting feature. It might be a good thing over time for the mic not to go up/down, since that function usually stops working, and it just drops.
