I love that the lifting of the buckle end allows for easier incremental adjustments.than the separate clip/lock mechanisms that most ratchet belts have.
I also love this belt so much that I just ordered two more.
My only complaint is that more colors are not available.
All in all, this a good quality belt with even better value.
