This will likely be my last pair. I’m in dress shoes about 60+ hours a week and I’ve worn the soles out on three pairs of these in the last year and five in the last two years. They are plenty comfortable and they look good enough. However, after a few months the leather will begin to delaminate and come apart. Parts of the heel and sole will look like they have been shaved off from regular walking. My last pair the soles pulled away from the shoe all together. If you only go to church in then they'd probably last you years. If you live in dress shoes, find something else.

Husband's comments: He likes the 'retro'styling, the leather is good quality and shoes are well made. The fit is very comfortable. He normally takes an 11/45 and has a slightly wide foot, they fit him perfectly. Unusually these days, there are eyelets, rather than just holes for the laces, for better wear. The brown colour shades to darker near the toes, a feature which will, no doubt, fade as he gets busy with the shoe polish! The insoles feel quite spongy rather than thickly padded, but are comfortable. Soles are rubber and should grip well in the winter. They are also not too stiff to make driving difficult. Overall, he is absolutely chuffed with them.

Never had an issue with grip, these look smart, and the quality is pretty damn good. Haven't got a scratch on them yet so the leather is decent. These are worth the money and they seem like they'll last for ages. Will be buying again.

I took a gamble buying shoes without trying on first. I would say I have an average foot with and these fit perfectly for my side 11 feet. There is about 1 finger gap if I slide my foot right to the front Which is perfect. They look really good to, again I took a risk on the style as I normally go for black and more of a traditional kickers style so these are totally different. I'm glad I did they look very good. My only criticism is that they don't seem to breathe well and when I'm sat at my desk at work I can feel them starting to sweat a little which I've not had before. The style I bought was the tan colour and considering buying a second pair for when these fail in case they are no longer made.
