What if I’m not at the place when my order is delivered?

Suppose you’re not at the place when we try to deliver your goods, and we’re not able to leave them in a safe, secure location. In that case, we’ll leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. Delivery will be attempted three times before the parcel is returned to us.

How much do we charge for shipping?

We provide FREE shipping to over 70 countries around the world. But if you want to get your products quicker, we also got paid shipping options for some of our products in high demand. You can see the paid shipping options at the CHECKOUT for some products if available.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our current average shipping time for our products is around 5 – 21 Days after dispatch. However, it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order within 3 hours after placing your order. Please get in touch with us to change or cancel your order. If the window to withdraw has passed and your order is not eligible for cancellation, we’re unable to cancel an order beyond this time. Your payment method will not be charged if we can cancel your order. But, if we’re unable to cancel your order, your payment method will be charged, and your items will be shipped to you. You always have an option of free returns. Don’t Worry! The time you send the email will be registered even there is a delay from our side.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. We haven’t got any issues with customs until now, due to our products’ choice, so we usually ship the product within 5-21 Days or the earliest. But, we request our clients to at least check out with their country’s customs policy before placing the order so that products will arrive fast and safe.

What methods of payment can I use?

There are various ways you can make a payment to your account designed to suit you. Elegant Men’s Fashion accepts the following: 1) Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Discover Network. The card must be registered to the billing address. We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. At the checkout page, click on the “Pay with PayPal” option. This will take you to the PayPal Checkout page. Pay directly with your Credit or Debit card on the PayPal platform.
