CATERPILLAR Leather Boots

The company has developed from work boots to a variety of industrial and casual footwear made with the sole intention of remaining faithful to their initial mission of making pure, hard-working boots and boots.

The redesigned curved last delivers improved cushioning and a more spacious toe box for all-day comfort, while the heel promotes durability and athletic comfort.

Biomechanically designed features merge stability, flexibility, and comfort, and the heavy-duty comfort footbed provides additional. Bold rubber toe bumper for prolonged wear and performance, and abrasion-resistant material at the toe and heel.

Security and stability

The outsole is oily and water-resistant, heat and abrasion-resistant, and has an ergonomic ankle pod for safety and balance, as well as a ladder gripping in the midfoot that efficiently grabs ladder gaps providing safety and security.

Slip-resistant

The biomechanical outsole lug design mimics the normal walking motion cycle. The slips and falls on low-traction surfaces are reduced by the slip-resistant rubber outsole and this CATERPILLAR leather boots that blends innovation.

They're comfortable, and breath easily

They're well made boots. So far I've put them through about 120 hours of hard warehouse work, and they still look brand new, aside from the dust on them. They're comfortable, and breath easily.

My only complaint is that they seem smaller than normal sizes. I originally ordered a 12 wide, as that is what I normally get. Unfortunately that was too small. My toes bunched up against the front of the boot, and the sides squeezed my foot. I sent them back and got a size 13. Toes aren't bunched up anymore, but the sides still squeeze. Also, it's not easy to remove the insoles that come with them, so I couldn't use the custom ones I have.

Overall they're still comfortable, and they help support my ankles, so I'll be keeping them.

EXCELLENT quality boot! My son is very hard on his work boots and shoes and once he tried the Caterpillar brand he has been sold on them. They are a fraction of the cost of some other name-brand boots, and they hold up just as well. They fit as expected (he wears a size 13) and are comfortable whether he is in the warehouse or in and out of the delivery trucks. He also likes the mid-rise height as it offers extra support for his bad ankle.
Would suggest adding some extra waterproofing treatment if you are around a lot of water as he is here in the Pacific Northwest. Other than that, these are perfect (and affordable)!!

Great right out of the box

Always a nail biter buying shoes online, but the fit is perfect and they got the acid test on the first wear when I did some volunteer work for the county forest preserve. I came home sore everywhere but my feet.

Not a problem. These are the only shoe I have ever bought that I can slip into and wear from then on and have a perfect fit. That is why they are the third pair of these boots I have worn. I keep two pair and wear one for work and one for daily use. I really like these boots. Comfort is the thing!

Loved this boot. It was well made, really quality leather and stitching, and looked to be resoleable. The tan colour I ordered was wonderful, a really deep bronze type color which would go well as work wear or casual.

Unfortunately, I have normal wide feet and although these were CAT wide boots they pinched my toes, so they had to go back.

Love these boots, they feel broken in within a day or so. And they are so comfortable. I normally wear ariat cowboy boots all day everyday. These are way more comfortable, I also like that there is no steel toe, because steel is heavy and makes ur toes cold when working in the winter. The toe box is roomy and keeps your toes warm in the winter, and doesn't overheat in the summer. I really love these especially for the competitive price.

I purchased these CAT boots after two horrible overpriced sets of Timberland Pro's where the soles separated and split. After looking at lots of reviews, these CAT's looked right up my alley. I don't work construction or outside for a living but have a bit of land to take care of. These boots were priced right, had good reviews and seem to fit the bill and saved me some money. I'm hoping they have some durability and last a while!

I just replaced my old Catipillar work boots which were the same as these after 13 years of use in a factory. I do take good care of my boots, but still 13 years is pretty impressive. My new ones were obviously a little stiffer, but fit good and quite comfortable. I spend the entire day on my feet and these boots keep my feet happy. Another thing is that my feet don’t sweat a lot with this boots which is another plus.

The laces are very strong, and are long enough to wrap around before tying. The eyelets and hooks appear to be well attached, and the boots are overall very comfortable.

My only problem is that I have somewhat skinny ankles, and I'm unable to tighten the boot enough to provide greater ankle support.

If you work outdoors all day and need a sturdy boot for work or outdoor activities like working in the yard, etc., this boot is for you. It's all leather tops so your feet stay dry. A padded upper ankle gives a soft touch that saves your legs from being rubbed to death. They are not 100% waterproof but you do need to polish with a leather waterproofer as needed. If your a big man you'll get good foot support with these.

Can say anything bad about them.

I'm on my third pair of Cat work boots. They are comfortable all day and provide excellent foot support. I appreciate the extra width in the boot as it allows you to wear a winter sock without your foot getting cramped in the boot. Extremely well made boot. I wore out the toes of the boots and finally got smart and put toe caps on the last two pairs (soft toe and steel toe).

The only change I have made to the boots is to replace the standard laces with lifetime laces. I clean and oil the boots a couple times a year to keep the leather supple.
